Body weakness is a problem of many people all over the world.
the first thing we, at Rina-Pharm pharmacy advise when people complain about general weakness is to go to the doctor and run a general blood test.
Body weakness causes
The weakness might origin from many different problems and diseases as:
lack of vitamin B, lack of iron, glandular fever (mononucleosis), diabetes, high blood pressure and more.
Blood test might reveal one of those problems or other.
Once we get a professional diagnostic we can give the right treatment.
Sometimes, even though we feel the weakness in our body, the diagnostics rule out all known problems;
and there is no known cause for the weakness.
On that case, we should see if there is environmental cause to some daily activities;
that might cause the problem as:
lack of sleep, bad nutrition, lack of exercise and more.
Body weakness treatment recommendations
We recommend to adopt new daily habits which will reduce the tiredness and take it away from our life and bring for a major improvement.
We should take care of our sleep, at least 8 hours and of sleep at night and not go to sleep too late.
Physical activity is a must, half an hour a day is reasonable;
It helps circulate the blood, supply oxygen to the brain and giving us energy.
Bad body position, tight cloths, over sitting etc., might reduce the blood flow to the brain and cause us to feel tiredness.
If we sit and study for many hours, it is highly recommended to take a break every two hours,
extract the legs, drink and eat a bit.
Good nutrition as a rich breakfast will energize us during the day.
Of course, the food we eat gives us the right energy for all the day, don’t be afraid of gaining weight because those calories burn the fastest.
If it’s a momentary tiredness, a slice of bread with chocolate will supply us the right amount of energy;
It will balance our sugar level for a few hours and give as lasting freshness.
The living conditions in our home should be cozy, the heating should not be set to high, it will cause tiredness.
As well keep a window open for fresh air.
